Quite a lot has been happening since our last news report back in August 2017 - so much so that we have been too busy to update the website!

We have reached Practical Completion on 2 projects - Matthias Road and Mount Pleasant Villas. These are looking great and we hope to have photos ready soon.

We have been awarded planning permission (subject to s106 agreement) for Garnham Street - a 4 storey, 7 unit development in Stoke Newington, N London. (pictured above).

We secured planning for Onslow Gardens for the extension and conversion of a property into 3 new dwellings.

We have also submitted for planning on a number of schemes, including a new build house in East London, a 2 storey extension to a house in Finsbury Park and a rooftop extension in Stoke Newington.

We are contiuing to work up designs for the reconfiguration of a riverside flat in Limehouse and are excited to have won a commission to redesign the entrance to a shared workspace in Glasgow. So, all in all a busy few months and more to come in 2018!
